Vancouver Music Summer Program 2008 - Concert Artist Program Master classes

Concert Artist Program for Musicians:

The Concert Music Artist Program will be a performance-based music program consisting of private lessons a couple times a week. In addition, every day there will be master classes that will include:
  • Practice techniques (How to get the most of your musical practice time)
  • Memory music techniques – Five primary memory techniques will greatly enhance your musical skills in the areas of tactile, visual, aural, analytical and kinaesthetic)
  • How to choose an appropriate repertoire for your performance or for an audition concert piece
  • How to choose the right agent/manager to help you in the right direction for your music career
  • How to deal with nerves and butterflies before your concert performance, before auditions
  • The steps you need to know to properly prepare for your concert performance
  • Develop showmanship skills and how to take your onstage presence to the next level to "Wow" your audience
